Phil and his Methodology arrived to assist with the implementation of lean Thoughtware manufacturing principles to aid Torrington in expanding its capacity. Phil and his people were able to quickly identify major fundamental problems in the way orders were scheduled and managed. Within only two months the entire master scheduling process was re-created and fully implemented. |
