Lean Management System
OTI’s Lean Management System is based on the concept of: learn, adapt, then solve a new problem. It is a continuous improvement process designed to transfer Lean problem-solving skills into all leadership roles. The Lean Management System develops Lean Thoughtware Leaders so that management becomes the teacher and continuous process is sustained.
Over a period of approximately 3 to18 months of coaching and mentoring, the Lean Management System covers areas such as:

The Lean Management System is designed for those who have Lean skills, perhaps through a PowerChange, and want to sustain continuous improvement.
It’s our pleasure to say the truth how OTI work. No sugar coating. Before we selected OTI, we went through 27 consulting companies for quotation. I used the matrix to compare: capability, qualification, knowledge, hands on and presentation. We brought in 3 finalists for interview. OTI met all the criteria and partnered with us for 18 months with shining example of sustainability of our lean process that enable us to free up 30% valuable space and reduce WIP and no need to build new plant.
We successfully passed ISO 9001:2000 audits. Lean manufacturing cell communication board was used extensively to quote as the way forward. I gave OTI names to the two auditors from QMI. They noted the process improvement and I asked them feel free to recommend OTI to customer ask about Lean.
