The Lean Tools and Techniques workshop is geared toward those who want to apply Lean to solve a particular problem such as: increasing capacity, reducing cycle time, improving quality or reducing cost.

In the high-tech business, time is everything. Hours, even minutes make a difference. When we called upon OTI and its Lean Thoughtware Tools and Techniques, we were able to clear a real hurdle by reducing product-receiving time from 81 to 9 hours.
