His core area of expertise is the establishment, operation and management of manufacturing capacity. He provides a wealth of practical knowledge and creative ideas to address the issues of capacity, productivity improvement, equipment and facilities. Originally trained as a tool and die maker, Dave has considerable advanced electronics experience and has implemented lean manufacturing strategies worldwide.
 
As an innovative and results-focused individual, Dave has a passion for his work. He is particularly effective at customizing the proven Thoughtware methodology to the particular needs of individual customers and their unique manufacturing challenges - from traditional fabrication to state-of-the-art high-precision machining.
 
When not assisting OTI clients, Dave's likely to be found 100 feet underwater exploring a shipwreck off Canada's Atlantic coast.
